Juan assists our attorneys with gathering supporting documentation and preparing I-601A waivers and U Visas. He has worked in immigration law since 2015.
Juan’s family migrated from Guanajuato, Mexico, and benefitted from the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. He fully understands the hardship that immigrants face in this country.
Juan grew up in the small town of Coats, North Carolina. He graduated from Triton High School in 2009 and then went on to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Hispanic literature and culture in 2013.
Practicing immigration law fulfills Juan’s passion for helping others. When not in the office, he enjoys spending time with friends and family in addition to watching and playing sports.
