With more than thirteen years of experience as an immigration attorney, Jenny has handled a wide range of employment and family-based immigration issues. She has aided clients to obtain all kinds of visa types, and she has a proven track record of helping employers to comply with federal immigration laws. After seven years as an associate and a senior associate at a leading global immigration law firm, Jenny started her own law firm. Over the course of her career, she has represented clients in the arts, media, communications, IT consulting, tech, nonprofits, manufacturing, and construction.
Jenny has a long-held passion for cultural exchange. During college, she studied abroad for a summer in Spain, and later worked for a U.S.-based TV station broadcasting in Latin America. Watching friends and colleagues go through the naturalization process, sparked Jenny’s desire to help foreign nationals to navigate our nation’s complex immigration system.
In her free time, she enjoys going on meditation and yoga retreats, international cuisine and travel, fiction writing, and camping with her daughter’s scout troop.
